After each mission the overall mission and team performance is evaluated by the GM. On the basis of this evaluation, each participating member is a number of Learning Experiences (LE) and Improvement Points (IP). All participating members receive the same amount.

Learning experiences: Each LE is put into a skill (Players choice). A player may put more than one LE into a skill, but each skill may never have more than 3 LE at any given time. After allocating all LE for a given session, the player rolls a d100 for each LE, and if the roll is equal to or higher than the characters age, the skill gains +1. If the roll is lower than the characters age, the LE is lost.  So, if a character has 3 LE on a skill and succeeds on two of the rolls, the skill gains +2. After all rolls are made remove all LE from all skills.

Improvement Points: When you have gained 10 IP, you must choose either CUF or OODA and increase its value på 1, then reset the IP total to zero.

The following factors are taken into consideration when evaluating performance:

  • Teamwork

  • Mission execution

  • Adherence to Geneva Conventions

  • Improvisation

  • Crisis management

  • Decision capability

  • Minimal collateral damage

  • Minimal enemy casualties
